We are proud to be the winners of the DIPS (Digital Innovation in Public Services) "improving citizen engagement" challenge, hosted by Birmingham City Council and Bruntwood Sci-tech. In this challenge, we were able to
- Understand problems and gaps in current citizen engagement tools
- Perform market analysis of citizen needs in adopting technology for effective engagement
- Deliver a prototype of a centralised, customised citizen engagement tool with A-Z services, for council, stakeholders and citizens
Validation of this prototype further led us to believe that this tool could also be extended to other "community-based" needs, for example around waste management, transport services etc. We are excited to pioneer a tool that could revolutionise the way we engage with our communities, and we are actively looking for partners to help us achieve this vision.
